We are currently seeking a benefits consultant with the designation of Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries of Canada and a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in the field.
The candidate must have a good sense of customer relations and have the ability to develop business. The chosen candidate will be able to perform the following tasks:
PENSION
- Attest the valuation of liabilities for group and individual pension plans;
- Supervise and assist the team of advisors;
- Attend pension committee meetings;
- Advise plan sponsors;
- Monitor investments.
GROUP INSURANCE
- Supervise renewals of insured and uninsured groups;
- Analyze group claims experience;
- Participate in the optimization of group insurance plans;
- Participate in new product design.
